Week 60- Miracles!!!

Hey everyone!!

The work is going crazy here in the Layton Hills Stake.  Sister Simpson and I are teaching so many lessons that we are halfway to meeting our transfer goal and it's only the end of week 2!!

Some miracles from this past week:

• Our friend Stacy came to church on Sunday for the 3rd time and she brought her friend Staly!!  Both their parents took work off that day so they could make sure the girls made it to church.  And they're both going to girls camp!!!  

• We had a member dinner last night, and Sister Iund called us an hour before and said "my cousin from Mexico will be here.  I want you to share a message on baptism and invite her to be baptized.  And it has to be this week because she goes back to Mexico on Saturday. " anyways, she said yes and we are HAVING A BAPTISM ON FRIDAY!!!

• We went to the temple this week and it was AMAZING!!!  I love the temple.

Spiritual thought:

As our mission has been reading D&C its been incredible to see how missionary oriented it is.  Sometimes it can seem scary to introduce the gospel to our friends and neighbors. But I want to invite you all to pray for opportunities to do good each morning and look for them throughout the day!!  I promise that you will get comfortable with finding ways to love, share, and invite.

EXCITING NEWS:

President Johnson called me earlier this week and gave me my official departure date!  January 25th:)) so grateful to have these next 6 months to serve my Savior!  I wouldn't want to be doing anything else.
